By accessing and using FolioMarket's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

FolioMarket provides portfolio website design and development services. Our services include custom portfolio design, development, deployment, and delivery of source code as specified in the selected package.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments are one-time fees unless otherwise specified.
• Payment must be completed before work begins on your portfolio.
• Prices are subject to change but locked once payment is received.
• We accept various payment methods including bank transfers and digital wallets.

4. Revisions and Modifications

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Major scope changes beyond the original specification may require additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of the source code and design files for your portfolio. You may modify, redistribute, or use the code as you see fit. We retain the right to showcase completed portfolios in our portfolio gallery unless you opt out.

6. Delivery Timeline

We strive to deliver portfolios within the timeframe specified for each package (24-72 hours). Delivery times may be extended if additional information is required from you or during periods of high demand.

7. Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available if you cancel before work begins.
• 50% refunds are available if we cannot deliver a satisfactory result after the allotted revision rounds.
• No refunds are provided after the final delivery is approved.

8. Limitation of Liability

FolioMarket is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
